Description

Japan Pension Service will hold an on-site pension consultation at Gojo City Hall.

Disability Pension ・ Survivor's Pension ・ Old-age Pension and other pension claim procedures, pension enrollment （ payment ） record check, pension amount trial calculation and other pension-related consultations are available.

Consultations are free of charge, but appointments are by appointment only, so please have your basic pension number （ pension book or other documents ） at hand before making an appointment at the Yamatotakada Pension Office Customer Service Center.

Please make an appointment as early as possible, as the number of people consulting is limited.

*The consultation may be cancelled due to the prevention of the spread of new coronavirus infection.
