（事案概要）
男子児童３人が下校途中に、前方から来た車が児童の前で減速し窓から写真を撮った。撮られたことに気付いた児童が「何撮ってんの」と聞いたが、車はそのまま走り去って行った。児童は怖くなり急いで家に帰った。
